Cancellation Policy
We want to make best use of the Sports Centre for the local community, so we have a cancellation policy to ensure the centre remains open and available whenever possible.
Rescheduling/Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before a scheduled booking via the app or website. Credit can be taken to move the booking to any available date in the future.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will be subject to 50% of the overall booking charge. Requests will need to be made via email or phone.
Refunds will only be made in the event of cancellation because of covid, or Sports Centre closure.
